JORDAN LOSE ASIAN 3x3 CUP QUARTER-FINAL

Jordan’s excellent run at the Asian 3x3 Cup in the Chinese city of Changsha has ended with a 21-16 loss to Mongolia on Sunday.

Jordan had earlier won Group A with wins over Japan and Turkmenistan, and they pushed the 2017 runners-up all the way, but came up short.

Mahmoud Abdeen continued his fine form with nine points, while Yousef Abu Wazanah (five) and Khalid Abu Aboud (two) also played their part.
