Nov 12, 2015
Jordan warmed up for their crucial World Cup/Asian Cup qualifier next week in Kyrgyzstan with a 2-0 friendly victory against Malta.
The match took place in Turkey where the team has been spending a week in a training camp ahead of their vital clash in Central Asia on November 17.
Goals from star strikers Hamzeh Al-Dardour and Yaseen Al-Bakheet did the damage in a match watched in the stadium by HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Football Association.
Jordan currently lead Group B with 13 points followed by Australia on nine and Kyrgyzstan are on eight points. Earlier this year Jordan drew with Kyrgyzstan 0-0 in Irbid.
