STAR QUALITY AT ORTHODOX CLUB 3X3

The standard of 3x3 Basketball currently being played in Jordan was clear for all to see at the Orthodox Club which hosted an impressive tournament in coordination with the Jordan 3x3 Basketball Committee over the weekend.

A total of 10 teams took part with the team of Ibrahim Hamati, Mohammed Addukid, Osama Al Faraj and Raslan Bastaneh taking the title by beating the team of Ashraf Al Hindi, Ahmed Hassouna, Mohammed Al Abdalat and Youssef Al Awamla, 19-17, in the final.

The 3x3 Basketball Committee is working hard to spread the shortened sport throughout the Kingdom by organising tournament for all ages.

On the international level, Jordan will participate in the Asian 3x3 Basketball Championship, which will be held in China in May, where they have been drawn in the same group as Japan and Turkmenistan.
