NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS UNDERWAY

The mission to find the next Jordan Karate champions started Friday when the National Championships got underway at Prince Rashid Hall in Al Hussein Youth City.

More than 150 players representing 19 centres have entered with the Khalid Centre taking the overall day one lead with 11 medals, including seven gold, two silver and two bronze medals. Asateer Al Ordon follow with five gold, three silver and four bronze medals while Saqr Quraish Centre are third with three gold, five silver and six bronze.
