DUNES TAKE U16 BASKETBALL TITLE

Amman’s Dunes Club have won the Jordan U16 Girls Basketball Championship after beating the Orthodox Club in game four of their five-game finals series.
Despite trailing 22-3 after the first quarter, Dunes comfortably won the next three quarters to win 63-52, giving Dunes an unassailable lead in the finals.
Dunes’ Sarah Abu Shama top scored with 18 points, followed by Julie Halasa with 17.
