JOC WELCOMES ARAB MILITARY SPORTS PRESIDENT

The Jordan Olympic Committee Secretary General, Nasser Majali, has welcomed the President of the Arab Federation of Military Sports, Brigadier General Hadi Bin Bakr Al-Qahtani, and Chairman of its Technical Committee, Brigadier General Shaddad bin Tala Al-Amri.

The meeting came on the sidelines of the Arab Union of Military Sports General Assembly which opened in Amman yesterday under the patronage of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mahmoud Freihat. Majali welcomed his guests and praised the role that the Federation is playing in raising the level of sport across the Arab World.

The delegation visited the Olympic Preparation Centre to enjoy first-hand the facilities that are being provided to better prepare Jordan’s top athletes for international competition.
