UNSTOPPABLE ABU GHAUSH WINS ANOTHER GOLD

Olympic Champion, Ahmad Abu Ghaush, has continued his sizzling start to the year by winning gold at the President’s Cup in Antalya, Turkey.

Abu Ghaush launched his -74kg campaign with a win over Croatia’s European Champion and top seed, Toni Kanaet, 18-16, before beating Daurov Kadyrbech, from Russia, 38-14.

A semi-final victory over Kazakhstan’s Kairat Sarymsakov set him up for a final against Uzbekistan’s Nikita Rafalovich, which he won 19-12.

It is the second gold of the year for the Rio Olympic champion after winning the Fujairah G1 Championship earlier this month.
