Jordan’s preparations for the upcoming 2019 AFC Asian Cup have been boosted by a draw against China in their final warm-up.

Musa Al Tamari’s 35th minute goal cancelled out Yuzi’s opener for China, giving Jordan a welcome lift following two friendly defeats against Kyrgyzstan (1-0) and Qatar (2-0).

Jordan will compete in Group B alongside Australia, Syria and Palestine at the tournament being held in the UAE and will launch their campaign against Australia on January 6.
