JORDAN DOWNED IN SOUTH KOREA
Dec 02, 2018
Jordan’s hopes of qualifying for the FIBA World Cup next year took another severe blow after losing their second match on the road in the space of a few days.
Following a heavy defeat in New Zealand before the weekend, Jordan went down 88-67 to South Korea in Seoul.
Zaid Abbas was Jordan’s top performer with 12 points and eight rebounds as they tired in the final quarter.
It is Jordan’s fifth loss in the Group E campaign, leaving them no margin for error when action resumes with home matches against China and New Zealand in February.
