JORDAN WIN ASIAN BRONZE

Jordan have finished third at the Asian Cerebral Palsy Football Championship being held in Iran.

The bronze medal was clinched following a brilliant 8-2 win over Thailand with Mohammad Dyabat taking the Player-of-the-Tournament.

Secretary General of the Jordan Paralympic Committee, Maha Al Barghouthi, said it was a memorable achievement that Jordan can be proud of. “We are so proud of the team,” said Maha.

“We didn’t make it to the World Cup, but I’m sure we have a great team who will continue to make progress in the future.”
