Nov 24, 2018
Jordan were unable to add to their bronze medal on the final day of the World Ju-Jitsu Championships being held in Malmo, Sweden.
Yara Kakish won bronze in the women’s -70kg category on Saturday, but they were unable to add to that Sunday with Bader Al Khuzai’s quarter-final appearance in the -85kg weight being the closest Jordan came. Yanal Shahzadah, (+94kg), Abdulmajeed Al Fauri and Ghaleb Al Harahsheh (both -69kg) all lost early on.
The event attracted over 600 athletes from across the world.
