JORDAN GOLD, TWO SILVERS AT ASIAN PARA GAMES

Jordan have finished their competitions at the Asian Paralympic Games with a gold and two silver medals in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The gold medal was won by Ahmad Hindi who threw a new world record in his Shot Put category, while silver medals were won by Khetam Abu Awwad, in Table Tennis, and Nabeel Maqableh, in the Half Marathon.
It was a decent showing from the Jordan Paralympic Committee athletes who are stepping up their preparations for the next Paralympic Games that will be held in Tokyo 2020.
