CYCLING GOLD AT ARAB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan have won three medals, including gold, at the Arab Cycling Championships in Algeria. Aweis Al Sadeq clinched gold in the Junior Individual Time Trial by completing the 60km course in 1 hour 47.10 minutes, followed by Algeria’s Abdulrazaq Ammar.
He was joined by Musab Al Abbadi and Amjad Al Ali to win silver in the Junior Team event with their collective 60km time being 5h30m30s.
The girls also performed well, winning Team bronze to move Jordan to third on the table behind behind Egypt and Algeria.
