YOUTH OLYMPIANS IMPRESS IN RUSSIA

Jordan’s Youth Olympic Taekwondo trio have impressed in their latest build-up for the big event that takes place in Buenos Aires, Argentina next month.

They won two gold medals and a silver between them at the G1 Open Russian Championship in Moscow on Sunday.

Zaid Mustafa took gold in the -55kg category while Natali Al Humaidi won the women’s -63kg event.

Rama Abu Al Rub then took silver in the -59kg category to cap off a fine weekend.
