SILVER FOR TALHA IN ASIAN FENCING LEAGUE

Abdullah Al Talha has won a silver medal in the Asian Fencing league being held in Bangkok, Thailand.

The youngster lost in the final of the Sabre competition after securing five wins before succumbing to a fencer from Uzbekistan.

Meanwhile, his teammate, Roa Al Majali, reached as far as the quarter-final of Foil weapon before suffering defeat.
