AL NASHAMA SENDS A WARNING TO AUSTRALIA
Oct 04, 2015
Jordan put in one of their best performances of the year to beat Iraq in a friendly match on Saturday night, perfect timing ahead of their World Cup/Asian Cup double header showdown with favourites Australia on Thursday.
Jordan face Australia in Amman on Thursday evening, followed by Tajikistan the following Tuesday, with victories crucial to advance. And they are in good shape after two goals from Hamzeh Al Dardour and an own goal by Iraq’s Hamzeh Adnan gave them the comfortable win.
