BOXERS ARRIVE MONDAY AT ATHLETES VILLAGE

Team Jordan’s boxers will arrive at the Athletes Village in Jakarta ready to make an assault on the Asian Games medals.

The team includes Ziad Ishaish, Obadah Al Kesbeh and Mohammad Al Wadi with all looking in great shape following a period of intensive training, including a camp in Ukraine.

At the last Games in Incheon, the boxers won three medals so the team has big shoes to fill with Ishaish entering the ring first on Friday.

Al Kesbeh and Al Wadi will compete on Saturday.
