AL AHLIYYA AMMAN UNIVERSITY OFFERS THREE SCHOLARSHIPS

Al Ahliyyah Amman University has stepped forward to offer three scholarships for the Olympic Preparations Programme (OPP), a move warmly welcomed by the Jordan Olympic Committee.

The scholarships were announced following a meeting between HRH Princess Zeina Al Rashid, OPP Director; Nasser Majali, JOC Secretary General; Sawsan Qaddoumi, JOC Education Manager, and university officials Dr. Sari Hamdan, President, and Public Relations Manager, Enas Al Hurani.

Dr. Sari stressed that it was important to build a close relationship between elite sport and education and urged all private and governmental institutions to play their part in encouraging and supporting our athletes.
