Jordan’s search for fresh talent to play the sport of Beach Handball continues this weekend when Irbid hosts the 2nd National Beach Handball Championship.
The event will welcome seven teams including Darak, Shortah, Irbid, Sakeb, Al Arabi, Al Tafeilh University and Al Mantekah Al Asskreih.
The federation is trying to spread the sport across the kingdom and is targeting talent that can represent the national team at future events.
The Darak team clinched the first national championship held in Princess Aya Al Feisal court last month.
