FOUR MORE JORDAN ATHLETICS MEDALS

Jordan have won four more medals on Day Two of the 18th Arab Athletics Championships being held until Sunday in Amman.
Sharief Al Atawneh took silver in the 1500m after clocking a time of 3 minutes 56.19 seconds, finishing behind Morocco’s Sultan Al Hamdawi.
In the High Jump, Nour Al Qadi took bronze with a jump of 1.60m, while Aliya Bushnaq took bronze in the 400m after clocking a time of 57.23 seconds.
Yara Al Khateeb also took bronze in the 100m Hurdles in 19:26 seconds.
Jordan have now won six medals so far after clinching gold (Mohammad Buhairi - High Jump) and bronze (Hanan Al Oshosh - 5000m) on Day One.
