OVER 200 ENTER JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS

The growing popularity of Judo in Jordan has been highlighted by the entry of more than 200 athletes to this weekend’s National Championships.

The event at the Prince Rashed Hall in Al Hussein Youth City saw eight clubs send competitors with the Federation hoping to discover new talents for the national team.

After competitions for the younger athletes on Friday, the men and women’s events take place Saturday.
