MEDALS FOR TAEKWONDO TEAM

Jordan’s taekwondo team has secured some timely overseas glory with fighters picking up medals at the International Taekwondo Championships in Taiwan.

Raad Youssef took gold in the 58kg weight while Shahed Trman won silver in the 62kg. There were also bronze medals for Ahmed Abu Gosh (68kg) and Pana Daraghmeh (49kg). The tournament continues this week with three more Jordanians set to compete.
