Jordan's Olympic boxer Hussein Ishiash and teammate Mohammad Al Wadi have qualified to the semi-finals of the Poland International Championships in Warsaw.
Ishiash beat Germany’s Yugein Wagel in the last eight of the 9z1kg category and will meet Turkmenistan's Akelove Nogel tomorrow.
Al Wadi also guaranteed bronze for Jordan in the 56kg weight after he beat the Czech Republic's Erik Helve, and he will now meet the Philippines’ Mario Batista.
Meanwhile, Obadah Al Kesbeh, Ghassan Al Kesbeh, Ali Al Hindi and Reem Al Shammari lost their first round matches.
