BASKETBALLERS READY FOR SYRIA TEST
Feb 25, 2018
With a 100% record from their first three World Cup basketball qualifiers, all eyes will be on Jordan on Monday to see if they can continue their run against Syria at home.
The Nashama meet Syria at Prince Hamzeh Hall at 7pm with a full house expected for the Group C leaders who brushed aside their opponent in the first fixture.
With star player Dar Tucker, who is on top of the Asian qualifiers scoring charts, in sizzling form, coach Sam Daghlas is understandably confident going into the match following the weekend win in India.
Mohammad Shaher and Mahmoud Abdeen are two other form players to watch, but they will be without the veteran Zeid Abbas who is injured.
