SILVER FOR JORDAN AFTER THRILLING FINAL

Jordan finished a successful hosting of the Arab Junior Squash Championships with U17 silver following a dramatic final against favourites Egypt.
The previous day, Egypt took gold by beating Jordan in the final of the U13 event, but the U17 final proved a closer affair, which the Egyptians clinched 2-1 at the HRH Prince Hassan Squash Centre.
The team consisted of Ahmad Seraj, Ibrahim Abu AlLaban and Abdul Qader Aljetan.
