FOUR MORE ARAB WEIGHTLIFTING MEDALS

Jordan has added four medals to its haul from the Arab Weightlifting Championships taking place in Cairo, Egypt. Raed Al Khawaldeh took bronze in the 105kg after lifting 168kg which was a new national record.

His teammate, Tareq Abu Sakout, took three bronze medals in the +105kg category after he lifted 127kg in the Snatch and 165kg in the Clean and Jerk. His combined total also secured third.

Jordan finished their participation with eight medals in total after Malik Faed took four bronzes in the first day.
