WEIGHTLIFTING MEDALS FOR FAED Malik

Faed put in an incredible shift at the Arab and Afro-Asian Weightlifting Championships taking place in Cairo, Egypt.
Competing in the 85kg category, Faed took silver in the Snatch after lifting 137kg to set a new Jordan record. Then he took bronze in the Clean and Jerk after lifting 171kg. His combined lift of 308kg ensured he landed yet another bronze medal overall.
The event welcomed 11 countries including Morocco, Lebanon, Algeria, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Libya, UAE, Bangladesh and Egypt.
