STATEMENT FROM THE JORDAN OLYMPIC COMMITTEE

The Jordan Olympic Committee’s Executive Board has discussed the resignation of seven members from the Jordan Boxing Federation in its session held on Thursday, December 7.

The Executive Board also noted that the resignations have been presented to the Federation President, HRH Prince Mohammad Abbas Bin Ali.

The Executive Board, based on Article 24 of the federation law, has dissolved the boxing board due to the number of resignations representing more than half of the board.

A temporary committee for the federation, under the presidency of HRH Prince Mohammad, has been formed with the membership of Sakher Al Jairodi, Mazin Al Qadi, Dr. Ali Abu Dari, Waleed Jarar, Taha Mahjoob and Arefa Bseso.
