Nov 16, 2017
The Jordan Judo Championships begin tomorrow in the Arena Hall at Al Hussein Youth City, organised by the sport’s national body.
The Federation has opened the tournament up to all age categories to find the best talents that could represent the various national teams in the future.
President of the Jordan Judo Federation, Khalid Barakat, pointed out the importance of the championship.
“We are looking to expand our player base in Jordan by seeking more players and that is a primary reason for this event,” he said.
“We hope to welcome players from across the Kingdom so that we can start to build a stronger team in the future.”
