JORDAN LOSE TO QATAR IN ARAB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan lost to Qatar in their third and final Arab Juniors Volleyball Championships group match, and will now face Oman in Wednesday's quarter-final. Qatar beat the host nation 3-0 at Al Hussein Youth City, with Saudi Arabia beating Palestine 3-0 in the other Group A match.
In Group B, Iraq secured their first win in defeating the UAE 3-1. Bahrain remain unbeaten having beaten Oman 3-0.
All eight teams will now take part in Wednesday's quarter-finals with Qatar playing Iraq, Saudi Arabia meeting the UAE and Bahrain playing Palestine.
