BOXING BROTHERS CLINCH GOLDS AT NATIONALS

The Darweesh brothers have starred at the Kingdom’s national boxing championships with a pair of gold medals.
Adel Darweesh clinched 56kg gold after beating Ali Al Fuqha’ in the final, while his younger brother Ahmad took gold in the 60kg.
Hamzeh Al Wadi took gold in the 49kg after beating Mohammad Sami in the final while Yousef Ishaish took gold in the 52kg by beating Abdullah Daraghmeh.
Asamah Khamees won the 64kg, while Mohammad Matbouli took the 69kg crown.
In the 75kg, Saif Quraish beat Mohammad Ahmad in the final.
Nidal Al Wadi took gold in the 81kg weight while the experience Olympian Ihab Darweesh showed he has plenty left in the sport by winning the 91kg title.
In the +91kg, Mohammad Al Nadi took gold.
