SALAMEH AND RASHEED SET FOR WORLD GAMES

 Muaythai’s Mohammad Salameh and Ju-Jitsu’s Haidar Al Rasheed will carry Jordan’s hopes on Saturday at the 10th World Games taking place in Poland.

Salameh, 28, is the current Asian Champion in the 81kg weight and will face a tough opening match against Turkey’s Ali Dughan.

Meanwhile, Al Rasheed will meet Russia’s Abdulbari Ghussinov in his opening match and has declared he is in the shape of his life following an intensive training camp in New York over the past month.
