JORDAN LOSE TO PALESTINE IN ASIAN QUALIFIERS

Jordan's U23 football team suffered a surprise 3-2 defeat to hosts Palestine in their second 2018 Asian Cup qualifier in the Al Khalil stadium.
Jordan threw away a two-goal advantage after Yazan Abu Arab and Mohammad Al Razim scored in the first 30 minutes.
But Hazim Abu Hammad scored in the 38th minute before Eid Akkawi levelled for the hosts in the 65th minute.
Baha’ Abu Jarerah scored the winner for Palestine in the 76th minutes.
Jordan slip to third place in Group E with three points while Palestine moved second with four points, sharing the lead with Tajikistan.
Jordan will meet Tajikistan next knowing they have to win to qualify.
