JORDAN FACE KUWAIT IN FIRST ROUND

The 24^th Arab Beach Volleyball Championship for men and the 14^th championship for women will launch with hosts Jordan facing Kuwait on Princess Aya Bint Al Faisal courts in Al Hussein Sport City in the men’s section.

Nine Arab countries are taking part in the tournament which runs through to August 2 including Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Morocco, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Jordan.

The draw is as the following:

Group 1:  Oman (a), Bahrain (b), Egypt (b), Algeria (a)

Group 2: Qatar (a), Kuwait (b), Morocco (b), Jordan (a)

Group 3: Oman (b), Qatar (b), Morocco (a), Sudan (a)

Group 4: Algeria (b), Egypt (a), Bahrain (a), Jordan (b)

The women’s tournament sees Jordan face Sudan, Egypt, Algeria and Morocco.
