QARADEH MAKES RIO 2016 MARK

Powerlifter Omar Qaradeh has made the qualifying mark for the Paralympics Games in Rio 2016 after winning silver and bronze at the Asian Championships being held in Kazakhstan.
Qaradeh took his medals in the 49kg category, when he lifted 165kg for silver and then took bronze in the Open event.
According to Jaser Nwairan from the Jordan Paralympic Committee, Qaradeh is now awaiting confirmation from the International Paralympic Committee to compete in Rio.
Mohammad Tarbash and Abdel Kareem Khattab are also competing in the seniors while Mohammad Arar takes part in the youth event.
