ISHIASH SETTLES FOR BRONZE

 Jordan's Olympic boxer Hussein Ishiash will have to settle for bronze after losing his semi-final at the Asian Boxing Championships.

Despite a strong performance, the 22-year-old lost to Kazakhstan’s Kamshebk Konkabeev in the +91kg weight. Despite the defeat, reaching the semi-final ensured that Ishiash qualified to the World Boxing Championships being held in Hamburg in August.
