ISHIASH INTO ASIAN SEMIS

Olympic star Hussein Ishiash has qualified to the semi-final of the Asian Boxing Championships taking place in Uzbekistan, after beating China’s Mui Hayi in the +91kg.
The 22-year-old will meet the Kazakhstan’s Kamshebk Konkabeev on Friday for a place in the final.
The win ensures that he has guaranteed his place in the World Boxing Championships that will be held in Hamburg in August.
