JOC WELCOMES ARAB VOLLEYBALL OFFICIALS

 Jordan's bid to improve its national volleyball scene was discussed at a meeting between Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) Secretary General Nasser Majali and the Secretary General of the Arab Volleyball Federation Mr. Jehad Khalfan and his assistant Firas Al Hilwaji.

The meeting covered ways of improving the relationship between Jordan and the Arab Volleyball Federation as well as discussing Jordan's hosting of the 14th Arab Juniors Volleyball Championship in July.

Mr Khalfan acknowledged Jordan's reputation for hosting top class international sporting events and pointed out that he expects July's event to be held to the highest of international standards.
