Apr 27, 2017
An initiative set up to improve the well being and safety of athletes following the tragic death of a Jordanian footballer has graduated its first group of physiotherapists.
The Qusai Initiative was created by the Crown Prince Foundation and is supervised by the Jordan Olympic Committee, with the aim to improve the standards of medical care provided in sport.
The graduates completed all the requirements of the third and fourth levels of physiotherapy under instruction from the Jordan Medicine Federation.
The Qusai Initiative was launched by HRH Crown Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah in 2014 following the tragic death of young Faisali footballer Qusai Al Khawaldeh.
